Update Avatar

Introduction
When you first register the system will generate a random looking image and assign it as your avatar.
If you want to change it you are free to do so by uploading a custom image yourself.

Upload an avatar
To change your avatar click on your user profile in the sidebar and click Update Avatar.
Next click on the button labelled Browse…. A file explorer window will open where you can select the image you want to upload. The image will be uploaded and resized automatically and a small preview will be displayed.
Lastly, click Save to actually update your avatar.
The image you upload must be at least 256 by 256 pixels and under 5 MB. Square-ish images work best, other ones will be cropped.
