# Download

Apart from the preview you see when you click on an invoice, you also have the ability to download it as a PDF document for bookkeeping.

To download an invoice as a PDF document click on Invoices in the navigation menu on the left, click the gearbox next to the target invoice and click Download.

In a few moments a PDF version of the invoice will be downloaded to your computer.
