Add Domain
#
Introduction
Mautic instances run on subdomains provided by us by default, but you can always add your own custom domain name and have the instance be served on it.
#
Configure domain
Before you can add your domain name to one of your instances you must point it to our infrastructure.
To do so create a type A DNS record with value 34.65.95.87
. The exact way this can be achieved depends on your
domain name provider.
It might take up to 24 hours for the global DNS servers to reflect your update.
For help, contact your domain name provider or reach us at: [email protected].
#
Add domain
Once your domain is properly configured, you can add it to the desired instance by clicking on the gearbox icon next to it, and then clicking Add Custom Domain.
Next enter the domain / subdomain name in the field and click Add Domain.
The instance will be gracefully restarted to reflect the update, which can take up to several minutes.

Troubleshooting
Here's a list of common issues you might encounter and their solutions.
When adding your domain name we will check whether it is pointing to our infrastructure and show this error if not.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for any DNS record updates to completely propagate. Until then, we might not be able to detect the domain, even if it has been configured properly.
The most common issue is a misconfiguration, please ensure the domain is properly setup by contacting your domain provider, or reach us at: [email protected].
If you experience a problem not covered by the list you can always reach us at: [email protected].
