You can create as many instances as you need so long as the number fits your current subscription plan.
The process is quick, fully automated, and you don't need technical knowledge to complete it. You don't even need to own a domain name, as we'll provide a free subdomain for any instance you create with us.
To start the process of creating a Mautic instance click on Instances in the navigation menu on the left and then click on the Create Instance button in the top right corner of the page.
Next pick a unique name of your instance and review the subdomain where it will be available.
Choose the region where the instance will be running physically and the default language of the installation (this can be changed later from within Mautic).
Finally, click the Create Instance button and wait for the instance to finish being configured. This process can take up to 10 minutes.
The instance will be able to hold up to 100 contacts, which will be deducted from the total number of contacts available with your subscription plan. Once the instance finishes configuring you can delegate more at any time.

In order to create an instance you'll need an active subscription plan with enough available resources to fit the new instance. In other words, you need at least 1 available instance slot and at least 100 unused contact slots in your current subscriptions plan.
