We allow customers to upgrade, downgrade and cancel their subscriptions any time with no penalty or retention periods.
In order to be this flexible we are unable to offer physical refunds. Instead, we refund any unused time from your subscription plans as Virtual Customer Credit.
This is a special virtual balance bound to your account, automatically used by the system, with preference, for partially or fully covering expenses.
Before any refunds are made to your account, your virtual customer credit will be empty.
After a refund is made the balance will reflect the refunded amount. If you have multiple refunds the balance will be their total (accumulated) sum.
Clicking on the balance will redirect you to your Stripe customer billing portal where you can review your entire payment history in full detail.
