# Introduction

Activation codes have a short lifespan, so once enough time passes they expire and become invalid. This and also a simple mistyping of the code can result in an invalid activation code error.

In such cases you can request a new activation code from this page:

Fill in all fields with your user information and click the Send button to request a new account activation code.

We'll e-mail an activation link on the specified address, which you can use to activate your account.

Once you've successfully requested a new account activation code you'll need to check your inbox and follow the link to finalize the process.

# Troubleshooting

Here's a list of common issues you might encounter and their solutions.

Requesting a new activation code is not possible while the old one is still active. If you try to do so you'll get an error notification.

Simply wait 10 minutes before requesting a new code.

One of the most common reasons why you're not receiving e-mails from us is that your e-mail provider might be marking them as spam.

If you worry this could be the case, make sure to check your spam folder, mark e-mails as "not-spam", and possibly whitelist [email protected], if your provider supports it.

If you're still not receiving any e-mails from us after more than 30 minutes, contact us directly at: [email protected].

Some e-mail providers might strip URLs and make links non-clickable. If this is the case for you, you can manually copy the URL and paste it into your browser's address bar to open it.
